Carl Fogarty the Bold and Fearless

Born on July 1, 1965, Carl George Fogarty MBE, sometimes referred to as Foggy, is a former English motorcyclist who had great success as a World Superbike racer. At fifty-nine, he also has the second-most race victories. He is George Fogarty's son, a former motorbike racer. In 2000, he retired. A FIM Legend in 2011, Carl Fogarty was recognized for his accomplishments in motorcycling.
Carl Fogarty won 59 races and four World Superbike Championships (1994, 1995, 1998, and 1999) due to his fierce competition and high corner speed riding style. His most notable accomplishment was leading the factory Ducati squad. In the early 2000s, Fogarty contributed to the development of the Petronas FP1 racing motorbike.

In the 1998 New Year's Honours, he received the title of Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE). In 2014, Carl Fogarty was proclaimed 'King of the Jungle' after winning the 14th season of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!
