Toprak Razgatlioglu, who was born in Alanya, is the second son of renowned Turkish stunt rider Arif Razgatlıoğlu, also referred to as Wheelie Arif or Tek teker Arif. His father perished in a motorbike accident in Antalya on November 17, 2017, along with his girlfriend who was sitting in the passenger seat.
